Born from passion. Built for anglers
We are a tackle shop in Rohnert Park, California. Our shop opened its doors in August 2025 with one goal: to give anglers a place where real knowledge, real passion, and truly reliable gear come together. After spending five years in the tackle industry, Mike knew what local fishermen were missing: personal guidance, trusted brands, and a shop built around community rather than profit.

Located in Rohnert Park, our shop offers a wide selection of high-quality gear, tackle, and bait for all experience levels. Backed by a team that truly loves the sport, we’re here to provide expert advice, trusted products, and everything you need for an unforgettable day on the water.
In Loving Memory
Brent Nelson is, and always will be, an honorary team member of North Bay Fishing Tackle. Brent and Mike were best buddies in high school and bonded over a love of life and fishing. Brent was a multi-species angler and far ahead of his time. He also had a contagious positive energy and a great sense of humor. He taught Mike about the sport of bass fishing and a lot of techniques that Mike still uses today. Brent tragically passed away in 2016 at the age of 25, but his legacy lives on forever through the store and the people that loved and cared about him deeply. The shop’s logo is from an actual photo of Nelson fighting a White Sea Bass from the bow of a friends boat in Bodega Bay.
